Are guest allowed in the hotel room?

Guests are allowed to visit the room. However, for overnight stays beyond the capacity of each room, there will be an extra person surcharge of Php 999 net inclusive of breakfast.

Do you have onsite laundry service?

Yes, we do. Laundry services are chargeable by the article of clothing. Simply dial O or 128 via the in-room telephone more information and assistance on this matter.

Are extra beds available?

Yes, we offer extra beds should you require one. Offered at Php. 999 net with a breakfast for one (1). On the in-room telephone, simply dial local # 0, 127 or 0905 898 9003 and we will be happy to assist you.

What about your spa service?

Yes we have accredited Spa service partner. You may dial 0 for assistance on the in-room telephone.

Is your hotel near to the airport?

Yes, it is only a 20 minutes regular travel time while for rush hour it may take 30 minutes travel time.

Yes, we have accredited shuttle service partner.

Where are you located?

Our hotel is located at corner 18th street and San Agustin Drive, Barangay 5, Bacolod. We are just a stone’s throw away from the city’s key location and sites, including Ayala Capitol Central Bacolod, SM City Bacolod, and Lacson Street, Business Area.

Does your rate include breakfast?

Yes, we do have breakfast included! All rates can be accessed here.

Can I book on someone else’s behalf?

Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. For guests using another person’s credit card in the hotel itself, a credit card authorization (CCA) form will be required.

What payment methods are accepted?

The hotel accepts cash and all major credit cards. The website accepts PayPal and all major credit cards.

Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on our property.

Will a Security deposit be required upon check-in?

A refundable deposit of Php. 2,000 upon check-in for incidental charges. Should there be no additional charges incurred, the full amount will be refunded upon check-out.

Do you offer parking slot for hotel guests?

Yes, but parking space is subject to availability. Free of charge for Valet parking is exclusive for in house guest only.

What time is can I check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in time is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 noon.

Are smoking rooms available?

We are sorry, but all our suite rooms are strictly non-smoking. There will be a cleaning fee of PHP 10,000 levied per incidence of smoking. For our guests’ comfort, there are designated smoking areas available at Skydeck.

Can I cancel my booking?

Bookings made through the website are non-refundable.

What is the difference between a Deluxe and Premiere Suite?

Deluxe room has no windows and balcony.

Is room service available? If so, at what times?

Room service is available from 7am to 10pm on weekdays and 7am- 12mn on weekends.

Operating hours of Skydeck?

Skydeck (Skybar & Vue Restaurant) opens from 6am to 11pm on weekdays and 1am on weekends.
