Reservation & Payment Terms

ROOMS  

  • All room reservations should be FULLY PAID upon the request for room booking. A Letter of Confirmation will be immediately sent to the guest’s email address to confirm his reservation.  

BANQUET 

  • For the Banquet Reservation, a holding fee of Php10,000.00 will be collected to secure the date of the reservation. No blocking will be done unless this amount is settled accordingly. 
  • The client is required to settle 50% of the total Banquet Contract amount 30 days before the event date.   
  • A 100% Payment is required 15 days before the event.  
  • All changes made 10 days before the event are not allowed, are non-transferable, and are non-negotiable.  
  • For card payments, an additional 3% surcharge is added to the total for fees and bank charges. Please note that we do not accept Personal Checks. 
  • All payments should be payable to 422 STONEHILL SUITES INC. We do not accept payments named under our  employee or payee to “CASH”. Payment should be deposited on the below bank details.

PROOF OF PAYMENT 

  • The client has required to email the proof of payment to our Reservation Officer at frontoffice.stonehillsuites@gmail.com  
  • For room reservations, kindly indicate the primary guest’s name and the date of stay. 
  • For Banquets, indicate the primary guest’s name, the event’s name, and the date of the event.  
  • For cheque payments, please allow 7 days for the clearing and confirmation of payment. Once confirmed, our  Reservations Officer will email you a copy of your Collection Receipt.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

ROOM 

  • Cancellation made within 45 days before the check-in date is possible without a surcharge. This does not apply to any other promos or special rates or in conjunction with any other discounted rates. 
  • If canceled 30 days before arrival only 50% of the total stay amount will be refunded to the guest including taxes, charges, and other fees. Other excess charges which were not consumed will be refunded accordingly.  
  • Cancellations made 15 days before the check-in date will be non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-bookable. 

NO-SHOW POLICY 

  • Failure to arrive at the hotel on the confirmed date of stay will be charged with a No-Show fee of 100% of the total room charges. 

UPON CHECK-IN 

  • The guest should present the same credit card that was used during the reservation as proof of ownership. Failing this, the guest may be requested to pay using another card, and the first payment will be refunded in this case.  
  • In the case of 3rd party credit cards, a booking will not be made until the cardholder contacts the hotel and provides a Credit Card Authorization Form with all other required documents. (From the primary holder of the  card)  
  • Our booking engine allows amendment of a stay including dates and room types. However, any downgrade or reduction in the number of nights or revenue will depend upon the booked promo rate plan. If the promo rate is booked on a Non Refundable plan or within the cancellation penalty window, the hotel reserves the right to charge based on the original booking. 

NOISE POLICY 

  • To ensure the comfort of all, guests are advised to minimize their noise after 10:00 pm. Stonehill Suites reserves the right to evict any guests without warning for noise violations. All guests should respect their neighbor’s privacy by abiding by this policy. 

NON-HOTEL GUEST POLICY 

  • Friends or relatives visiting our in-house guests are only allowed to stay in the guest’s room until 10:00 pm. After  10:00 pm, the in-house guest will be charged an extra person/s of Php1,500 per visiting friend or relative still inside the guest’s room.

SMOKING AND ODOR POLICY 

  • All rooms are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. A common area for smoking is designated by the hotel management and will be advised to all guests upon check-in.  
  • Durian, Mosquito coils, and other products which, leave a lingering odor are also prohibited.  
  • A special cleaning fee of Php10,000.00 will be charged to the guest’s account for cleaning and eliminating the bad smell in the room caused by the above 

House Rules

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY:

  1. Check-in Time: 2:00 pm
  2. Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon
  3. Should you wish to stay beyond the designated check-out time, please inform the Front Desk immediately. Late checkout is subject to an additional charge. Early check-in is subject to room availability with a corresponding fee amounting to half day surcharge of the room category occupied.
  4. The Hotel discourages any unofficial dealings between guests and hotel staff. The Hotel shall not be liable for such transactions.
  5. Proper courtesy must be observed at all times. The privacy of other guests must be respected. 4. Cooking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
  6. Gambling and possession of illegal drugs are not allowed within the Hotel premises. 6. The interior decorations of all rooms are fixed. Please course requests through housekeeping for any changes in the room configuration.
  7. Towels, linens and appliances should not be brought out nor transferred to another room to avoid unnecessary charges.
  8. Any damage to the Hotel property made by the guests or their visitors will be the responsibility of the registered guests.
    If a guest gets ill during their stay, the management must be informed immediately so that the necessary arrangements with a doctor or hospital be made.
  9. The hotel does not allow bringing pets inside the hotel premises.
